"I'm a 25+ year State Farm customer and have lived in several places dealing with many agents. I've had good, I've had bad (really bad, although thankfully that one is no longer an agent). Eric is middle of the road - he has a primary job which is generate sales to earn his income - I get that. I could do with less sales pitches but I get it."
